I went to one that recently opened in Northridge, California. No line, just average busy, maybe because it's not in a tourist or CBD spot. The pastries were good. I would call the place a mini Porto's. If you live in L.A., you probably know about Porto's. There usually is a line there, but it's like 20 times bigger. As far as price, I would call it above average, but not really cheap. Less selection than a 85°C, but a better atmosphere with some real food to choose from (not just pastries). It's worth going to.
