Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the watch using a heat gun at 200°C until it's warm to the touch.
2. Slowly lift the screen using a thin pry tool dipped in rubbing alcohol.
3. Once the screen is partially lifted, use a thicker pry tool to pull up the screen.
4. Remove two screws and detach the screen ribbon cable.
5. Clean off any old adhesive on the edge of the housing.
6. Attach the new screen ribbon connector and reinstall the bracket and two screws.
7. Apply adhesive to the housing.
8. Press the new screen into place and use a Q tip with rubbing alcohol to clean off any excess adhesive.
9. Wrap the watch in a rubber band or put it in a clamp for 24 hours to let the glue cure.
10. Get back to working out 🏋️
