In tagalog "Lalong-lalo ka na" means especially you and Pablo sung it in a threatening way or in kinder terms, posting a challenge for all detractors. Again, the wordplay of Pablo for the title La Luna which means the moon. Again, the double meaning of the song. Such genious lyricist.
if only you can understand Tagalog... What surprised me most with this song is how Pablo cuts up a line he sings in the strangest of ways, in the middle of a word. He sings/ raps a line ending with just a syllable, and completes the word in the next line. Sure, that has been done for the longest time in composing, but with La Luna, he does it many times over and everywhere! It's madness really, and it works I super love Pablo, he's quite the madman (LOL) and always pushes boundaries in everything he does.
This is one of the most surprising hip-hop song I've heard in years. So well done and self produced 👏 🙌 👌 ✨️. Just amazing 👏

Tagalog is such a beautiful language, that some words can turn a word play or phrase play that Pablo can unlimitedly do. If you just can understand Tagalog, you'd be truly amazed how he can come up to this and most of his songs. That is his trademark. His brain is mind blowing!

Some songs depend on the catchy beat but lousy lyrics to draw listeners to the songs.. but not with Pablo.. he creates not only beautiful melodies but songs with profound meaningful lyrics which not only tell you a story but also introduces you to lyrical poetry.. furthermore the background music and instruments are so appropriately placed that creates more drama / or emotions to the listeners.. thanks a lot for your reactions as well as your enlightening discussion that brought to light the efforts and geniuses behind music production…so few reactiors are capable of that….

Tagalog is a rich and beautiful language,phonetically easy and pleasing to the ears.It lends itself well to lyrical poetry and Pablo happens to be an exceptional poet.I consider myself articulate in Tagalog though it's not my first language but I could never write anything like this in a hundred years!
You guys are on point! You are true artists who appreciate other artists and musicians. And because you have excellent knowledge in music, you understand the deepest meaning of Pablo's song. Love watching your reactions.
The mastermind of every SB19 songs my favorite Pablo 😍
Pablo, the lyricist, storyteller, the blender. Pinuno of SB19
And guess what makes Pablo's songs all the more special, his lyricism is too deep. He makes a lot of wordplay and though it is hard to make it understood in the english language but he flawlessly incorporates it without making it so cringey. Example in this song La Luna (the moon) lalo na (most especially or something like that). So he makes it lalo na La luna (it may sound like he is just repeating it but it makes the meaning more impactful). In all the songs he penned the lyrics, I always say it is a very good subject for a reaction paper to see what the reader's or listener's take as it gives a lot of different outlook and opinion.
If i am a teacher of literature, i will surely assign my students to produce/submit a reaction paper of this.

Your reactions are so informative and unbiased. I agree with you for the part where most singers avoid this kind of music with huge and complex production process but Pablo isn't one of them 'coz he's always hands-on in everything he does, whether it's for SB19 or to his own discography. Actually, there were a lot of unreleased songs that he already performed in the past and ofc we wanted them to be released officially in platforms so I hope it would happen in the near future. But, I think Ken/Felip would drop first his next single, Stray Dogs.
