One thing you should do that Kenny(KOT4Q) does, is change players position to what you believe they fit best at or how you want your team to look like. For example, when you got McGee and Gallinari, you could've changed Gallinari's primary position to SF, and his backup to PF, and then change McGee's primary position to PF, then his secondary position to C. More often than not their overall will go up, so will their trade value, and you'll also have a better starting 5. I'm hoping you see this so it helps in the future for more rebuilds to come!
