Super Mario RPG OREFFEZEPS: Consultant Boss

Welcome one and all to a series of EXTREMELY LONG boss fights of this Super Mario RPG hack. This hack shows the ability to modify enemy attacks and spells, including your spells as well.
This boss fight is probably the one you want to go after first, because you get a healing item that never runs out if you win, which is incredibly useful against the other bosses.

What's funny is the Consultant attacked Mario for nothing. Mario was just asking him to sample some red wine and that for some reason made him angry. LOL

You could cut off a hefty fraction of this fight's length if the basic attack animation didn't take so long

Oooh ooh I've always wondered something... Remember that room where Booster throws bombs at you from his train? There's a little TV screen in that room on the wall.. Is there anything in the game's coding about that room? Possible "left overs" that may hint to there being more to that room, but never happened in the release? (possibly able to get up to booster's train, the tunnel he exits through, or the tv screen?) anything at all?
