This might sound odd but sometimes i use some reiki videos to figure out energy issues elsewhere. This one made me realize I have a huge blockage in the heart, thymus, and throat meridian.......so after this one is done, gonna drink some water to help the energies integrate better and then go find videos for those areas

My neighbor is a forever victim. …always telling how bad and sad her life is….she sucks out all my energy.I have to repel her negative energy while praying that she shuts up 😅
