As a lover of Christ's teachings, I have felt overwhelming forgiveness and acceptance. As an adult with reading comprehension shills, I struggle to see where the church picked up its bigoted and judgmental stances on love… and how exactly those views abide by Christ’s teachings. As a rebel, I wrote “Is It a Sin”. A song for people like me, who do not want to denounce spirituality - but rather ask why they should be denied a place in it. I hope you enjoy the song and video. I live in Jamaica where it's very big one the Christian rilegion and I grew in church but I'm a lesbian I had to choose .. Hearing this song made me very emotional . The message really hit home # Thank God I'm forgiven

Just amazing... I luckily was allowed to make my own decision about church when I was 13. I stopped but I have a friend who goes and he has issues like many other gay guys regarding the Church. I just use the old saying live and let live and also think of others . Think of you treat people they way you would want to be treated. Great voice as ever.
