  • T-dub, (AKA TW) is the crown jewel of Moose Mountain, it is a black trail densely packed with wood features, jumps skinnies, and berms. The trail is relatively flowy, with a few steep sections and tech spots thrown in. This is definitely a trail you need to try if you're here! Many of the smaller features are quite approachable and there are some very big options for the experts.
This trail has a bit of history to it. T Dub originally ran along and in a drainage route down the mountain, but was destroyed in the 2013 floods. What you see me riding today is considered the "high line" as opposed to the original "Gully". The original Gully line has been restored and can now be taken as an option! Its very technical and chunky but leads to a huge wale tail feature and gap jumps.
Access by pedaling or shuttling up to the top gate and then pedal past the gate about 60m.
This trail was built and is maintained by the Moose Mountain Bike Trail Society (MMBTS). You can help support the maintenance and creation of trails like these by becoming a MMBTS member:

Moose Mountain trails looks awesome, I've only riden at West Bragg Creek so far. Is this trail rideable with a 150mm hardtail? I have a 2023 roscoe 7 with some upgrades but I wonder if it's safe to ride it on a hardtail. awesome video and riding skills!

Rideable? Sure. But I would not recommend it. Even with my 170/160mm Enduro I get rattled with this trail.

Any trail can be ridden on a hardtail! I'd definitely recommend checking out a few of the blues at Moose first though, they are a bit of a step up in difficulty from West Bragg in my opinion. 727 to Stones throw would be a great first lap!

@@DoMN15 Interesting, which ones do you think that are enjoyable with a hardtail at Moose Mountain?

@@grumpy342 thanks! I moved to Airdrie this year and started riding again after 8 years so everything I have to know the trails is UA-cam, Facebook and comments on videos like yours. I appreciate your answer.
      Edit: and Trailforks too!
