@@dvlarry It was reversed for the first round though. Danzel,arguably had the more interesting section of the song while Marid had a non dynamic section. This is why Wizzard works as a Dj, he balances the rounds so well. I hope thats also not an excuse, because Marid did the same exact groove Danzel did on the the same rhythm, but rode it much better, even the crowd cheered louder during that section.

Marid and her approach to battling is MAD underrated. She paces her rounds so well and builds such a strong performance every time. She’s not the flashiest dancer, but she definitely is one of the smartest. Congrats Marid ! Danzels athleticism is also so impressive ! Great battle this year!

Danzel's dominance in the 1st round was overwhelming!

That first round artistry all the way from him. The crowd were wow. It was not Marid night. The first song for her the judges were not impressed look at their faces. She was upset and Danzel look like he really would not dance dance that second round. They seem to care about each other a lot. They have battle before. I saw the one in Japan. He beat her to get to finals. She battle him before and won. But Danzel right up there with Jaemin and Babyzoo and a Jaymin in pure dance ability .Madrid is a beautiful dancer. Just amazing was just not her night. Danzel should have won with that first battle alone.But he was so happy for her

for waacking tournaments, are the dancers freestyling the performances on the spot? Or do they get to hear the tracks beforehand to get a feel of what to do?
