I currently work for Penske Truck Leasing and yes The Captain is exactly what that video portrays. Pretty awesome company to work for no matter if it is one of our many race teams or other businesses. Imagine going to that track as a young man and owning that track now. Pretty cool story.
I used to work for Penske Truck Leasing, and let me tell you guys his business is ran like his race teams, he truly knows how to do it, and I got a behind the scenes tour of the penske race facility in 2007 when I competed in a technician challenge competition, and it was the most beautiful facility I have ever seen, there was a room in the indycar section that had all the indy 500 penske winners murals on the wall, was incredible

Penske is the last American constructor to win F1 race - 1976 Austrian Grand Prix. And, except for Indy 500 between 1950-1960, one of only two winning US constructors - the other is Eagle at 1967 Belgian GP. Shadow won 1977 Austrian GP as British team.

JanitorIsBack Yes, because they had HD in 1972
JanitorIsBack HD has only been around since 2007. What your seeing is Standard Definition(SD) which was the norm from the 1970's till 2006. Like how we switched from analog to digital about 7-9 years ago.
It switches to HD at the 8:40 mark with the 2009 Indy 500. Most of the older footage is off of VHS records or old 3/4" tape so anything prior to 2006/2007 is in standard def and if from VHS, the quality is very poor. Great video of a great company.
