Wow! I’d love to have that precise clarity about my dad. He was a super guy but died (we think) of a massive heart attack when I was 11 years old. I was his little girl. Out water skiing one minute with the office co-workers, died the next. Decades later, I’m fine, it made me much more cautious and that served me well. I do sometimes wonder however, if I “signed up” for that, and if I would have grown into a different type of person altogether, and how I would have been. I know one thing, I have grown way more from it. My Mom,in her 90s, has complicated grieving and had a much bigger “hit” raising three of us.
In a way this clip helps me because my situation, bad as it was, was much more straight forward. Bless this woman. She must now know she did what she could, let him decide for himself. Patient’s rights.

I have lost my son in 2014, my mom 2015,my twin in April 2019 and my Husband on Dec 4th 2019. It seems like everybody else has dreams of them, but I don’t and I don’t understand why I miss them all. I hope they’re all very happy with my decisions.

Start by calling a mental health clinic and ask questions, if it feels right go. Often they can refer you to other services or resources. Local food banks, churches etc. You got this !

My dad passed away on 31st July 2020 from having had a spine operation for Sciatica exactly a week later. He had just turned 85. ❤
