That is unfortunate for our kabayan. But think about this: Trump tariffs will affect Canadians. Everyone here in Canada is saying support local from now on so if a Canadian can do his job why not hire a Canadian dba? I’m sorry but kailangan unahin ng Canada ang citizens nila.
yup I totally understand that kabayan and it really make sense. sinabi narin yan dati ni Justin Trudeau na dapat unahin ang PRs and Canadian Citizens. Timing is the key tlga, kung clear lng sana un from the very beginning na nag start sya sa work, kaso naka 1yr sya pero wala pa lng clear path for PNP sponsorship. Nakakalungkot lng. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts. 🙏🇨🇦🙏
Tama ka Sir.. tinanong ko ung interviewer ko at sabi naman i susupport daw nila ako.. pero nag email pa rin ako sa HR para sigurado.. waiting ako sa sagot nila...
@@yolactv that is good and you did the right thing to send an email para may copy ka at black & white na proof na they will support you. Good luck and claim it! :)
Parang Napakahirap maPR ngayon katropa. IT field is highly skilled yan kahit saang province dito sa Canada. Maghanap din dapat sya sa ibang province baka may chance din sya sa iba aside from BC. i sure madaling makakuha yan kc in demand ying career nya dto .
yeah that is true bro, kaso pag lumipat sya ng ibang province another adjustments. Atleast dito kahit papano kung tumagal na sya ng 1yr may connections na sya. Thank you for watching katropa!
Thank you po for watching. :)
Top mistake that immigrants do is choose BC, Alberta, and Ontario. Kung nagpunta sya ng Manitoba may provincial nomination na sana sya. Mag six months work experience lang sya pwede na sya agad mag apply ng PR. No need for company support. Employment letter lang kelangan from the company. Kasi if you say you need support that means you need LMIA. Hindi naman kelangan ng LMIA as long as you have more than 1 year work permit
@@josevich Not always the case. BC is our first choice and so far we don't have regrets. For me it boils down on how you prepare your journey and plan your goals whatever the country or province you choose. I still believe na kahit saang province ka mapunta dito sa Canada eh ok parin dahil lahat sila may sari-sariling ganda. @NHARDINOTV that's not support. Support for immigration is when they will help you extend your work permit when it runs out. Answering questions from IRCC or over the phone is just routine for HR. When a company asks you if you need immigration support they're asking whether you need help securing or extending your work permit. It's not about whether they're willing to pick up the phone or answer emails from IRCC
I think that is another way to interpret support. What I am referring to is the support from the company when you get the ITA from BC PNP. They will ask you to provide documents from you company like the list that I presented on my video. Company have the rights to say NO and not provide you those important documents if they will not support you. And IRCC will not call nor email your company about your BC PNP application, the applicant is the only contact of IRCC regarding each case or an immigration lawyer if they have. That is why the applicant is the only person to submit those documents that the employer will provide, but again if the employer will not SUPPORT you then you don't have documents to submit.
@@NHARDINOTV when I applied or a job in my current company I asked whether I need to answer yes or no to that question. I was told to answer answer yes only if I need help securing or extending a work permit. Because providing letter of employment and answering verification calls and emails is just routine HR work that they do for all employees
That, I think is the difference here. It seems that we are speaking of different contexts on the word "support." In your company, it is as you say - answering questions. But in our journey, in our experience, my context on the word support is different. It is not about securing or extending your work permit. The "securing" and "extension" of "work permit" is out of the picture, because in BC PNP what you will get is the confirmation from the province that you, as the professional, are needed by the province, and that when you get "nominated", you will have the 600 points that you can use in your express entry profile that is vital to get the PR. Again, in this context, the "support" I mean is the HR providing the person (not IRCC) the necessary documents that the person will have to individually/personally submit to IRCC.
