Title of the video should be changed. Hand made shoes means, making of shoes without using any machinery except for stitching. Cutting of leather components, Skiving, especially pulling and locking using small nails will all be done by skilful hands but not using machinery. Shoe bottom will be made by bark leather including the heals.
The process shown in your video is the making of customized shoes and could not be termed as Hand Made Shoes. This company puts on lot of effort in making of good shoes, but could not categorize as hand made shoes. Fully hand made shoes are real masterpieces.

when we buy leather shoes, buying belts in the same texture and color is the biggest challenge. cant you think of that line of business too? shoes and the same textured belts will go hand in hand.

The customer service was worse for the enquiry a sale man reply a bit......and the shop owner showed too much of attitude.......for that reason itself i came out of the shop.
