She does kinda look like she's had implants (look at (ahem) her newer gravure shots versus her older ones), but so what? Plenty of women get them. As long as they're installed properly and don't cause any health problems (and as long as Yuka didn't get them just because her agency forced her into it, which sadly wouldn't surprise me), if Yukachi was okay with it, so much the better.
