Well thought out and thoroughly presented. The more I learn about God , the more I realize how little I know about him; but I’m willing spend the rest of my life to get to know him and his purpose. Great presentation, David.
Brother David your ministry and style of teaching has a way of captivating your audience right to the end of your message, and then we want more.A true blessing to the body of Christ. Grace and peace to you brother.
Thank you for this outstanding study. I appreciate every video I've listened to. You have taught me so much. It is a pity I live so far away, Cape Town, South Africa to be exact. I give God the glory for your ministry to me.
What a needed and edifying message! How it must serve to further "spread open" what the Most High God of heaven & earth has "openly" accomplished acc to scripture. Thank you.
I have never, in my 78 years, enjoyed Bible study more than with Columbus Bible Church and David Reid. We are so blessed to have his teaching. I have been a Christian all my life and have never heard this dispensational teaching!! Change my entire understanding of the Bible!! The mystery of the Body of Christ!! has answered questions that I have had for decades! Lord I pray for the continued teaching of David Reid! Guide and protect him! Amen!!
Lane Meyer • 18 hours ago Your teaching has a bitter-sweet characteristic to it . Sweet in that it gives truth. Bitter in that in my area Ruidoso, New Mexico there is not one church out of 15 that teaches or comprehends Rightly Dividing. I been going to a local grace church for 2 months now and they do post 1 Cor.15:1-4 as the Gospel, but today is Sunday and their having a water baptismal this afternoon for a new member. Out of 8 sundays they have only used 2 references out of Paul's Epistles and those only in passing. Every message has been about some early prophet or Idea. Sure they have a small amount of relevance. But not the meat that I need as a mature Christian. The responsibility I feel to be a steward of the mystery is weighing on me quite heavily. I feel it is the paramount truth that needs to be taught to the Body today! But it is offensive and unwelcome everywhere I go. I have prayed that the Lord lead me in the direction I should go. Pray for me.
I live in a small mountain community with a handful of churches. I have visited all of them and the first thing I notice is that very few people bring a Bible to church. That tells me all I need to know.
This is such a comprehensive explanation of right division. You've made it so clear that without understanding this, we cannot really understand our purpose as the Body of Christ, or the magnitude of what we are called to, and what there is to do. I so appreciate how you've connected Genesis 1:1 to the rest of the book, showing how the future for the BOC will be in heaven, and the future for those redeemed under Israel's program will be on the earth-- this adds a new layer for me in the dispensation chart. I never realized how important the verse is in Luke 22:3 because it proves Satan was in favor of the cross, and it's a critical support of 1 Cor 2:7. Also, in general, I love the question and answer style and manner of your presentation- it really honors us to whom you're speaking and puts a proper onus on us to put together the pieces in our own minds. THANK YOU
Did the dispensation of Grace interrupt not only the prophetic timeline, but also interrupt satan’s arrangements to groom the false prophet and the antichrist ? Not that there wasn’t ( isn’t) plenty to choose from ( 1John 2:18) there were two he had his eye on?
@L.M. Sev We aren't told if Satan had folks picked out for those roles, but yes his plans were interrupted as well. He could have tried to make someone the Beast, but since the prophetic timeline was no longer operating, God would not have permitted it to occur. Hope this helps.
Thank you for your reply. The irony of it all is that the very thing that caught him off guard , satan has used to keep “rightly dividing” a “mystery” to a vast number of Christianity.
@L.M. Sev God hid the mystery until He wanted it revealed. While God hid it, Satan didn't know it. Now that God has revealed it, Satan wants to hide it because he is a contrary creature.
I understand most of the basics of Rightly Dividing, I have 1 question so far : ) When Jesus, addressing the 12 said, John 14:2, KJV: "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." That does not sound like earth, please help me understand. : ) (Maybe the new Jerusalem?)
I have a husband with a slight mental illness and has been on medication for many years. He is very afraid of God punishing him. My husband tries to punish himself if he sins . It’s a very confusing mental illness because one moment I think my husband is sane then the next he is extremely ill mentally. I am not sure he can even accept salvation . How will God handle people like my husband ?
Pastor David, I hope you don’t mind me asking another question. When Satan rebelled was it because the angles have free will too? I feel a bit foolish asking this because it seems like a common sense yes. Btw, i really enjoyed this!
@@ColumbusBibleChurch ok to be sure: i am getting that a total of one third of the angels rebelled and that the majority of the one third was high ranking angels? Sorry-just need to be sure. Love your teachings! Hubs and I listen to them every night!

Wow! So very thankful that God has led me to understand the mystery....so much to learn and undo from a lifetime of various denominational confusion!

There is precious little witness to the truth. We have to be faithful to do what we can. Grace.

David has put the meaning of 2Tim 2:15 in my heart and mind.
Wow! 1 Timothy 2:1-4
You're right about us few being dispensational the
non-dispensational don't want to talk about the rapture, sad!

Excellent way of interpreting the portions, which are seemingly difficult to know !

Pastor David, I hope you don’t mind me asking another question. When Satan rebelled was it because the angles have free will too? I feel a bit foolish asking this because it seems like a common sense yes. Btw, i really enjoyed this!
Yes, the angels also had free will, and some chose to rebel.
Pastor could you pls clarify: was it a third of the angels that rebelled or all except Michael and Gabriel? Did the stars represent angels?
One-third of angels as a whole rebelled, but the vast majority of the more powerful, higher echelon angels rebelled.

Yes, 1/3 of angels rebelled. Of those that were the highest ranking, the vast majority of those fell. Make sense?
@@ColumbusBibleChurchYes! Thank you!
You talk about a descending future, from heaven to the earth to the bottomless pit to the lake of fire. No wonder Satan has a chip on his shoulder.
It is fascinating when you put it this way. Great point.

Church pastors are absolutely not rightly dividing and are creating a mess.
Yup, they are mixing GRACE with WORKS and creating the mess.
Satan had Israel so wrapped up in idolatry and now if we don't wake up he will do the same to the BOC
