I couldn't find this anywhere on DVD and thought that other Barbara Currie Yoga fans may be glad to find this again, too. Have divided it into workout sections so check out the full sequence.

Totally agree, Becky. I first discovered yoga through Barbara Currie and loved this video but couldn't find it anywhere on DVD. You're so right though, this way it's even better!! Thanks for leaving a comment :))
