They don't even have enough beds to put these people in now. How would you consider it "simple" to gather the resources for rehab for people who might not even be ready to go through the process?
@@dps8629 might not be ready? If you have to commit crimes to fund your drug habit you're beyond ready for rehab. And for resources they can start by closing those so called "safe" injection sites, which are just open markets for drug dealers, and focus on the rehab side
