Storm damage across Minnesota; anticipated flooding in St. Paul due to heavy rains

Tuesday's line of storms left damage, including downed trees, in parts of Minnesota. The recent rainfall is also causing rivers to rise, and St. Paul is preparing for possible flooding along the Mississippi River by temporarily closing parks and streets.
