Hello.greetings.I hav a question.plz.
Usually i have to change it 2-3 hourly during my first 2-3 days.otherwise spillage occurs.so actually i dont get that much comfort using it.but better than pad.however doesn't it (two much changingof mine.-sually that need 6-8hourly)indicate mennorhagia??
Never seen such an subtle way of honest explaination, opinion, experience sharing than this, on such a sensitive topic. This is a video that breaks myths and doubts about menstrual cup usage especially for Indian women. I have known about the cup from 6-7yrs years but only tried around 2yrs back up on my frnds suggestion, since then I never looked back for a sanitary napkin because I now know how easy a menstrual cup makes a period pass by.
Every girl deserves the comfort this cup provides... First two cycles can be tiring to get it right but it's absolutely worth it.
I absolutely recommend to opt and switch to a menstrual cup.

I've been using menstrual cup since 2 years!
Initial 3-4 times of usage were troublesome, but trust me once you get used to it and know the proper technique, it's the best thing you would ever use on your periods. Ladies, just switch to menstrual cup, you won't regret later. You would just forget that you are on your periods. Just go for it blindly 👍🏻

Beautifully explained. I've been using menstrual cup since 3 years now. It has eased periods so much except for very few times when I didn't place it properly and faced leakage! No rashes that come with pads, no infections. And how much I have helped environment with zero pads dumped month after month! But I still don't feel comfortable talking about it. You have tackled the subject really well 👍
I am 16 and I use it.
I am in 11th class now it's been 1 year since I started using menstrual cups. I started using it when I was in 10th class
It's not that big of a deal.
Girls if you are teens don't be afraid just try it. it will change your way of seeing periods.

What to discuss with mom she has already said i big no to me and doesn't even let me talk about this di 😔 i ve seen many videos and now yours which i can connect to the most with full trust but here's the condition is my mom doesn't want me to use this and she isn't telling me the reason why ? Is it not safe for me ? I am also a teenager and as you've mentioned above that we can also use the smaller version but why my mom gets angry whenever i talk about this to her 😔 she always says these things are only good after you get married is it so should we not use it then 😔

this is easy to understand thanks... but for working women, they need 10-14 hrs to stay outdoor, there no good toilet 4 do this.. is there any cup for atleast for 12 hrs.. it may hard for ppl who have overflow.. they have to change around 5 hrs
