Instead of replacing a full pinci board for $$$, most of the time you can check the relays. Especially the Song Chuan 30A mains relays get burned out after a few years. They cost just $3. Watch the "relay" led inbetween the two relays turn red during startup and immediately giving a state 439. In that case its just the relay. I;ve had this problem with 2 different fronius IG-PLUS 120s, and already needed to change 3 relays the last couple of months.
And they function as new again, mine burnt 2 relays, Ron's 1....,.at Fronius they charge € 500,00 per board :-( so whe "earned" serious cash, thanks mate

Does the relay just plug into the pinci board or is it soldered?
I have this same inverter but with the fault in the "low power" display, what will I have to replace?
