    For Crispy Corn:
    * Water(पानी)
    * Corns(कॉर्न) - 2 Big Bowl
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Cornflour or Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर या अरारोट) - 3-4 Tbsp
    * All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2-3 Tbsp
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
    * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 1
    * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो सॉस) - 1/4 Cup
    * Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1 Tbsp

    For Aloo Lacche:
    * Potato (आलू) - 1Kg
    * Grated Ginger/Green Chili(हरी मिर्च/अदरक) - 2 Tbsp

    * Noodles(नूडल्स) - 1 Batch
    * Water(पानी)
    * Salt(नमक) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Oil(तेल)
    For Bhel:
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Garlic(लहसुन) - 4-5
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Piece
    * Carrot(गाजर) - 1
    * Cabbage(पत्ता गोभी) - 1
    * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) Red, Green, Yellow - 1
    * Spring Onion(हरी प्याज) - 2-3
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
    * Tomato Sauce(टोमेटो सॉस) - 1 Tbsp
    * Schezwan Sauce(शेजवान सॉस) - 1 Tbsp
    * Soya Sauce(सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
    For Aloo Chaat:
    * Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Peanut (मूंगफली) - 1 Cup
    * Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - 2
    * Garlic (लहसुन) - As per taste
    * Ginger(अदरक) - As per taste
    * Tomato Ketchup (टोमेटो सॉस) - 2 Tbsp
    * Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Cumin powder ( जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Dry Mango Powder (आमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Black salt (काला नमक) - 1/4 Tbsp
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
    * Onion (प्याज) - As Required
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - As Required
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1 Tbsp
    * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
    * Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी)
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧, boil Corn kernels in water by adding some Sugar Powder. Then drain all water from the cooked corn kernels and put them into ice-cold water. Add sweet corn to a bowl. Add Maida and Corn flour and give a good mix & deep-fry them. In a pan add Oil, Green Chilli, Capsicum, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato Ketchup, Corn Flour Water, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Chat Masala, Lemon Juice & fried Corn. Toss well to coat the corn in the spices. Garnish with Coriander Leaves, serve & Enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭, grate the Potatoes and then wash them well. Keep grated Potatoes on a cloth to remove access water. Then put them into a bowl. Add some Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Salt & Corn Flour. Then fry Aloo Tikki on the Tawa in medium heated Oil and make it crispy. Serve with Curd, Meethi Chutney, Green Chutney, Chat Masala & Coriander Leaves.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐡𝐞𝐥, keep the pan on the flame & put Water, Salt & Noodles. Then off the flame, cover & keep it for 10 minutes. Drain water & take it out into a bowl & fry them. In a pan, put Oil, Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Spring Onion, Tomato Ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce, Raw Veggies, Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Fried Noodles & Coriander Leaves. Mix well, serve & Enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭, shallow fry the boiled & chopped Potatoes & put Garlic, Ginger & roast well. Then add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder, Chat Masala, Black Salt, Green Chilies, Onion, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves & Tamarind Chutney in it. Spicy Aloo Chaat will get ready to serve with peanut chat. In this way, 4 types Tasty & Amazing Chat will get ready at home for Rakshabandhan.
