Did your old set of solenoids click also? Mine click but the ohms aren't right, and mine is different style and a new one is $240, I want to be sure it's the solenoids before I pop on anything. Only code is p1753
I have a 98 Honda crv. Swapped transmission out after the last one blew. I swapped the shifter cable out (last one was town apart) but no longer shows park on the dash. I cranked in neutral (which was actually park) and drove down the road and shown the d4 flashing. The code p0720 shows up. Any advice on what could exactly be going on would be very helpful.
If you have the time could you help me out? I have a 2000 Accord 4 cyl automatic that just triggered a check engine light and the green light around the D was flashing, it also had trouble shifting. When I manually shifted to a lower gear the blinking light on the D was still on plus the light on the lower gear, “Lower gear light not blinking“. I shut the engine off & restarted, engine light is still on no blinking shift light & the car is running fine except for the engine light. It tripped codes P0700 & P0780. I was told P0780 was a hydraulic problem. The car has 120k & trans fluid is a dark red (not black). I took it to a shop & was told that fluid is burnt. But they would have to run several test to let me know if I need a tranny rebuild, replacement or a solenoid replacement. I asked if a fluid flush could clear the check engine light. He said that he never saw that clear the light. What is your opinion considering the fact that the car is running as before the light came on would you try changing the transmission fluid, total flushing or any other suggestion.

I have a 01 honda crv and i had the p1768 and p0700 codes depending on which reader i used. Anyway, i changed out both linear solenoid and the clutch solenoid like he shows above and it did not fix it. I wasnt really thinking but my speedometer was not working. Well on the way to the dealer to have them look i thought maybe the speed sensor was bad. So i came home and looked it up. Then i got to thinking maybe it can be a fuse. Well go figure all this crap i did could have been fixed by a 7.5 amp fuse. I changed out the speed sensor\alternator fuse that was blown and turned the car on. No more D flashing no more codes nothing. No idea why this would trigger the other codes but i hope this helps someone else before you go through all that i did. If you speedometer dont work and the D light flashes, check your fuse first them the speed sensor next!!
Thanks Michael, my CRV 01 speedometer is fluctuating and goes back to zero kph while the car is in motion. this started immediately i took the car for pressurized car wash. let me check for the culprits you have mentioned before spending on diagnostics.
is this the same for the integras mines doesnt flash but over 40 and i took my foot off and try to press on the gas again it gives me this loud noise and idles high and goes into gear after it hits about 6k rpms
Got a 98, replaced the lockup already. It shifts slow, Erving between gears but I have trouble getting it to stay in D4. I get one blink of the D4 light when I turn the CRV on. Also per the dash there should be 7 positions but I can only get it to lock in to 5 positions. Any thoughts

I changed all 3 solenoids. Lock up, linear and shift solenoid. Cleared codes and turned it on. No change. still flashing d4 and won't properly accelerate -_- any ideas?

They would of had taken it off spray paint it and said its “new” and cleaned out the solenoid or changed it out for aftermarket junk

I have the same problem. How do i check the conector? Do i look for 12 v on each pin? Cuz i have no power on either cable with the car running.

I have a 01 honda crv and i had the p1768 and p0700 codes depending on which reader i used. I had a p1773 for (problem in A/T clutch pressure control solinoid valve b circuit ) 98 Accord.
While driving on freeway in heavy traffic the car starts switching gears all by itself slows down Luckily nobody hit me
