Congratulations Joy Li! These are some really good tips. I'm going to try mixing my fragrance with unscented lotion because some of my "gift set" lotions are like water.

I'm talking about people layering perfumes with various scented cheap body creams from random brands. 😊Gift set lotions tend to be very watery for sure but at least it's the same scent as the perfume in the set. I absolutely love the bom dia bright cream! Its my favorite out of them and leaves skin sooo soft I wear It to bed a lot too. I've never considered unscented deodorant! Good tip!

An Unscented body oil is the best to prep the skin for perfume. Oils have a natural glow that body creams don't have and perfumes last longer on oils than creams. Unscented nourishing oils like jojoba oil and shea oil work really well. 😊I feel like spraying perfume on the inside of clothes not only protect the clothes from staining, but also make them last even longer than spraying on top of clothes. 😊Rubbing the wrists together is so common and so wrong. 😊But people are catching on that it's not a good thing to do. 😊

Yes, Vaseline works! 😊I don't think Jo Malone fragrances are worth the price because they are colognes! People would buy anything with a high price tag and popular following for the status of it. 😊A perfume sprayed cotton ball in the bra is a good trick! You can also put it in a baggie and refresh throughout the day. 😊Layering perfumes is not easy. You have to try so many combos to find what works. I prefer to just layer only the Kayali ones. 😊But layering does help make the fragrance last longer. 😊

Great tips, I have myrrh & Tonka fragrance & body cream that last on my skin for 9-11 hours and on my clothes much longer, I received a sample from someone so that’s why I bought it, someone said the ones in the black bottles last much longer… I never knew Vaseline would do this I’ll have to try it!

I find that at times, some of my fragrances perform better with a body cream with similar notes. On the other hand, some fragrances need no support and perform well on their own. I do agree that at times a body lotion can demolish the actual scent and that’s not the goal.

Forget experts, anyone who knows anything about fragrances will tell you the same.😊It makes no sense to pay all that money for fragrances with such beautiful compositions and then use scented body creams from various brands. Unscented body oils like unscented jojoba or shea oil work very well. 😊I need to try spraying on the belly button. 😊I have not tried it. Thank you for letting me know. 😊Hmmm...I think I'm past the crop top age. 😊But I will try it. As for toning down fragrances, baby wipes, makeup wipes or wet wipes work well. Just wipe it off a bit and it will instantly tone it down. 😊
Vaseline is not a highly fragranced brand. Any kind of scent though has a chance of disrupting the fragrance composition. That's why the experts recommend completely fragrance free body creams and oils to layer with fragrances. 😊I have the Vaseline Coco body cream. You are the one who told me about it. ❤️ I actually forgot to mention it. I only have the two Sol De Janeiro body creams, L'Occitane body cream and the Vaseline Coco body cream for scented body creams and I only wear them at night time or during the day when I'm home not wearing perfume. 😊I love the Vaseline one so much to wear before I go to bed like the O'Occitane Ulra Rich cream. 😊

And I love wearing scented body creams to bed ie Bum Bum cream (the smell is so intoxicating). Is it okay to wear unscented body cream followed by perfume the next morning...like 8 hours later?
Hi Bonnie darling! 🤗Welcome to my channel! 🥰❤️You don't have to wear perfume at night unless you want to wear it for yourself and family. Most people don't wear perfumes at night. You can moisturize with an unscented cream in the morning and then layer a fragrance on top. But the best tip is to take a decant with you and reapply your perfume every 4 hours if you want to make it last all day, unless it's a super strong perfume. 😊

The smell of cooking in my hair is disgusting and since I started using Kelly mcPepple hair sprays my hair smells amazing until I wash it again and leaves it feeling so healthy ! I will be purchasing some of these again when mine are finished ( hair perfumes are life changing for sure )
