This is my Favorite Andy Summers for sure !!!! Amazing and Beautiful CD Five Stars out of Five from me.... I was also lucky enough to catch him live a few times around this time of this CD ... This music always has a place in my heart !! Take Care and thanks for posting :D
i think so! some guy had the nerve to put the phrase 'lack of chops' in a comment about andy, and i was like, no way, jose! there's no 'lack of chops', if anything, he just is very clear and focused!
@@tinfoilhatter I agree he's not chop heavy and I wouldn't call him a virtuoso. However, that's not a bad thing, he's super creative and creativity is much, much more important than chops. This is beautiful music and the omission of wank boy shredding is refreshing.

Camp Tau Beta Now Gone(Sold!) But! Still There In Columbiaville, Mi! This Was My First Or Second CD I ever Bought When I was Switching Over From LP's Jam On!
This is my favorite song at this moment...the rhythmic section sounds like bossanova...Andy is quite generous as a musician, quite "cool" in a jazz sense...and Eliane Elias sounds just like Bill Evans at his best! I listen to it at least four or five times a day
i was learnin' the bass....pick out that first, one note at a time, until i hear a chord- there's many ways to approach it...i usually do it the long, linear, hard way, haha--but it's such a cool song, i was jammin' the bass on it, and i always love to do what guitar bits i can do ...it's so smooooth! it would be so cool to play the drums to this as well- it was fun when i had drums handy!
Magnifique ! 👌
Tony Levine’s bass line is so smooth & expressive!
This is some real fine music right here. It keeps getting better over time, with each listen.
Great song. Known since 1989.

heck yes..it's pure indulgence, disguised as restraint!
Rather than bossanova, I'd say it sounds like lounge music.
Regardless, this is a great tune.

It begins like the chorus of "Message in a bottle" live.
You can feel the sound of the Police in this.....so good.....
to me it's just, ooh, bossanova, jazz, outta site, jack!
