I would love to see Sam Pilgrim riding dark fest

Sam Pilgrim is the first MTB'er that i watched. Then found Matt Jones and then found Sam Reynolds. Sam Reynolds builder of Darkfest and Matt i both saw jumping the huge jumps on Darkfest. Not Sam Pilgrim yet ! I even replied to Reynolds asking him to invite Sam last year.
I would LOVE to see Sam his face after jumping those huge jumps. Every year Darkfest starts then I hope that Sam Pilgrim gets invited. Will he ever be invited ? OR doesn't he want to ? I figure EVERY biker will want to. And with the amount of followers, thus promotion for the sports that Sam gives, I think he DESERVES it to be invited ! EVEN IF the 2 Sam's may not be the best of friends personally, which i then start to think is the case.
AS WHY NOT invite this promotion CANON for MTBking ?
To Sam Reynolds MAY HE WATCH AND READ THIS.
IF there is a grudge Sam Reynolds, PLEASE put aside ego !
IF we wait too long then Sam gets too old and then he may not even dare to jump those huge jumps any more, and then it will never happen !
WOULD be a shame as Sam Pilgrim deserves to have Darkfest on his resume. All 3 mentioned are icons of MTBking. Just am missing Darkfest footage of Sam Pilgrim and IMHO that's sad as in my mind, Sam Pilgrim belongs to be a part of "the MTB adventurers that jumped those huge jumps at Darkfest". I even see it as a corruption of history books, where kids 30 years from now study "The Hero's Of MTBking", and they can't find ANY footage of Sam Pilgrim during darkfest.
Darkfest kinda feels like "A battle ground" where only the most ABLE riders are invited. AND to then miss Sam Pilgrim on that battle ground WHILE he has so much skills, just seems unjust to me.
LOL I'm even thinking about starting an action to get as many votes as we can of Sam supporters to then FORCE Darkfest to invite Sam Pilgrim. AS IF many of us support that then Darkfest gets a BAD name of being an "elite group" based on "friends politics" instead of skills. And THEN i bet Darkfest will lose a load of viewers that love Sam Pilgrim. THAT is WHY i did not start such an initiative last year. Didn't want to put dirt on the reputation of Darkfest. BUT i do think Sam Pilgrim deserves the chance to ride it at least one time, even if it only be for all that he did to promote MTBking. Just like Matt and Sam R by the way. Their all legends ! Just missing Sam Pilgrim and that does not seem as it should be.
SO figured it be best to just make this reply on Sam Pilgrim his channel as then I'm not forcing Sam R by replying it on his channel. HECK perhaps many give likes, Sam R sees it, or others tell him to see it, and as result he invites Sam Pilgrim to "serve" the will of the many that support this. That way there is no force. -(o_O)-
@jakubdestro5403 Fear Sam P may be too extrovert and wild as the vibe he fits with fine as in being weird and funny enough. SO fear he MAY be con-seated or has been con-seated in the past and that Sam R may not like. WE ONLY see what we see on video, so we are not seeing how these guys act to each other off camera. AND Sam R may not want to give Sam P a bad rep, so does not mention it ELSE we complain that Sam r is elitist.
WE do not see the inner politics. BUT I as well wish to see Sam P there to see if he actually is as good as he looks on his video's. Darkfest really looks like the place where riders PROVE how real they are.
ALL WE can do is ask, but as you see I'm with you !

That was awesome to watch. Sam has a unique style from his awesome energy and when on his bike! I dig how Darkfest is a select group in keeping it a rad fun sick energy from how it was built! I don't see Sam selling out to big companies either.

I have always wondered this. My guess is he’s invited but doesn’t want to go. Massive jumps on a downhill bike isn’t really his current wheelhouse
I don’t think they like each other 🤷🏾♂️. Very very few collaborations amongst Sam and the other UK riders on UA-cam.
I was also wandering, i think could be a sponsor limit/ clash, pilgrim can ride those jumps.
@@jaythestreetpreacher6123they’re both sponsored by monster energy and go pro. Which both sponsored dark fest. For example see when Pilgrim and Matt Jones run into each other out at a local park; they basically edit each other out or briefly mention one another. Jones and Pilgrim has one video together where they shared a sponsor and it was 100% sponsored video. Good for them keeping it private and no public beefs, but clearly Pils doesn’t roll with this crew. I know he doesn’t drink. If you’re ever been to a crank work world tour; particular joyride… you see it’s sausage fest, pissing contest; they’re all drunk and obnoxious. It’s pretty much the equivalent of a frat house.
I know the internet doesn’t always what people are in real life and I´m not Sam so I can’t really judge but I wonder why Nico Vink or even Andreu Lacondeguy aren’t part of the trip? Because from what I’ve heard and saw while riding with andreu,they’re really chill and always throw good vibes. Just curious actually but keep going this podcast is fire!!!

Don't get we wrong the 110 is sick, however where do you draw the line? To me I think there is a place around 30 to 60 that is plenty big and lots of fun for everyone without all the head trips.

There’s clear division amongst riders. Kind of see it with the Brits a bit. Idk if you competing with each other since they were teens and competing on tour. To now fighting for views on UA-cam. But it’s kind of clear who likes who, and you just never know behind the camera how they are to each other.
Question for Sam (Olly you'll have to guess his answer, or ask later): Based on your criteria of having to have ridden with them, have you ever wanted to invite someone you hadn't ridden with, so purposely arrange a ride to tick off the criteria, and on the other hand do you get people asking to ride with you so they meet that criteria?
