I suggest you guys not to go for IGNOU as we need to write 6 Sems at a span of 3 Years which is not useful to us.
Please opt for a Regular Degree.

Now Mou is changed you have to write exam for 3 years. So regular degree bcom is better.

Yes you can Apply now ( Check out dead lines ) & for example if you register in the June cycle this year , You can write in next june.
(Slightly pattern has Changed, Visit nearest IGNOU study centre,they will guide you )
Post completion of CA Inter you can apply for the certificate.

Previously it is 4 but now it is 6 (not sure) with few assignments.

Present, MOU between ICMAI & IGNOU is not there. It's already expired.
It's been renewed recently and even if it's not , it is just a formality we can still apply in Ignou unless it is not available in the Website.

For CA it is still there I gues . You can complete it in 1 year post Registration

Go through the recent notifications brother. Icmai had renewed the mou but the ignou still didn't map in the website . May be by next cycle they include in the portal
