Difference between a Farmer Producer Company(FPC) and Farmer Producer Organization(FPO)
Answer No.1 You need to file an eForm with the RoC for Paid-up Capital Increased for the further Shares issued to the New Farmer Members.
Answer No.2: Most Often, these terms (FPO/FPC) are used interchangeably. One is a Company formed under the Companies Act, 2013 while the other is a Co-Operative Society formed under the Co-op Societies Act. Our Govt promotes Farmers Producer Company formed under the Companies Act, 2013.

Sir, Farmer Producer Company[FPO] is a Private Limited for which atleast 10 Farmer-Members are required, whereas a Farmer Producer Organisation is already an Organization in existence who has been formed to promote the welfare of all Farmers e.g. IFFCO or SFAC etc.
Any 2 Farmer Producer Organizations can jointly form a Farmer Producer Company whereas in all other cases at-least 10 Farmer-Members are required.

I m from Odisha. I watched and share it with my fellow farmers. We r practising totally organic farming... We r producing rice and vegetables and using organic/bio fertiliser and medicines prepared by us...Thus it became low cost farming or no cost farming. Starting from me, it is now spread to other 9 farmers since last 1 yr. We collectively want to promote it...... We would like to promote this technology in our locality to help the marginal and small farmers. What r the documents required for its registration ? How much of fees it requires ? When and where to register the fpc ? Can one, who is the real farmer but has no land in his own name in record but his deceased grandfather is the recorded tenant till date, become a member ? Can one salaried employee become a member in it ? If it requires minimum 10 members and at least 5 members as it's director to form a fpc then, is it mandatory to appoint any other salaried employee to take up its day to day affairs ??? Does govt extends financial assistance in this regard ? Is there any subsidy in financial assistance ? Can we supply our product free of cost to interested farmers in our separate brand ? Yes, MAT will be applicable. MAT has not been exempted. MAT is indeed a devil or ghost in the Corporate Tax planning of a company. Pl beware of it.

No, Directors are not liable.

There is a provision for Fine and Jail for the directors just if he don't inform their members about the details of FPO and it will be under supervision of government. There is also a provision for mandatory reserve still you are thinking of insolvency on a video of process to constitute an FPO 😅😂😂
