I'd disagree because you're comparing two very different styles of rapping. Kanye is by far a deeper rapper that's for sure. But breezy has a modern day flashy flow that's full of punch lines and metaphors that I prefer. Plus you gotta remember, breezy isn't even a rapper. Hes a singer, dancer/actor. Just the fact itself that he can be bored one day and go yeah "i'm gunna jump on that mercy track for fun" and be compared to kanye? is amazing. If he went straight rap he'd murder the game.
