It also depends on who is the exe, since some players may have certain skills and strats to counterback the jukes and trick the stunner to waste their stun So, it is very variable wether you can solo or not depending on many factors, this also includes which character is being used and the importance of the character in the map

its possable to solo knucles because i did it in a 7 player lobby, sole survivor and everyone is exe u just ened to be good at the stins and time the movement abbilities
You search in settings and in one part you see camera type or something like that. There you should look for a toggle camera and that's it. Activated with right click

With tails you can pretty much solo. You just need a good map and a good aim.
