My profile has 2350 views and 93 recruiter actions in last 90 days but i have hardly received 10-12 calls. These numbers are just numbers and not the actual call conversion. Newly created profiles performs better compared to older.
Yup i agree, i have 8+ exp into devops and have been part of both service and product based companies. Updated profiles with shortest notice period gets the priority and seeing the market scenario its hard for any company to wait for 100 days for you. 90 days np plus 10 days of process.

Also notice period is very important in naukri just change from serving to 1 month to 3 month, you will see drastic change. Notice period and CTC is key

Now my question is, do I need to mention every other client's name and the work that I have done? As of now, my resume consists of a summary of the work that I have worked for the 4 clients in that particular company without mentioning the client names (just so I can reduce the resume length). I have seen a spike when I changed notice period from three months to 2 months once any interview get scheduled how can we convince the interviewer that I have to serve three months??
Recruiter also know what game you are playing, its just that they also have numbers to show to their managers to some recruiters will entertain. Its on luck mostly.

That is 1 recruiter action per day. You need to improve that.
Also, its not that new profiles perform well, actually updated profiles perform well.

Freshers market is not great.
Freshers need atleast 1 year to get ready to actually start contributing, no one wants to wait and invest and then after 1 year fresher will switch.

Logic building is required in both scripting and coding. Scripting to a basic extent is easy as compared to coding.

You cannot convince , just tell the truth and tell them you try to request manager to release soon.
