Kinda. You're part of a global militaristic defense force (E.D.F), trying to push back alien invaders. But the aliens consist of ants, spiders, frogs, wasps, robots, and occasional Kaiju. That and these games don't take themselves too seriously.
Every new thing I discover about edf 6, just makes me more excited for it's release out in the west.

honestly they could've just focus on translation and subtitle. Dubbing to English language takes too much time and profit
