You can get on top of the building using the Grapple Gun. I did it by accident in the beta and fell off to get a kill, not realizing I just found a cheesy camping spot.
Where the side exit is (not near the cornfield but the opposite side), there's an opening on the roof you can grapple to. It's kinda hard to explain tbh but hopefully someone understands me.
It's at 7:10 where the player is looking. You can grapple up there and sit on it.
