Hey Sam, thanks so much for the video! I really appreciate all the information, help and insight that you are giving to a prospective student (For Entry in October 2022). All your forums on TSR and your UA-cam videos have helped me confirm I want apply to Oxford. I wish you the best of luck and hopefully I will be joining you in Oxford for Engineering! With best wishes, Joseph
Do you know anyone studying physics at Oxford? Currently I'm planning on study physics at Oxford or natural sciences at Cambridge. I just watch you videos to understand oxford but it would be good to know specifically about physics
Hi Misty. At the moment, I don't know any physics students who'd be up for making a video on this, but it's something I could look into in future (perhaps over the Summer vacation) if there's a demand for it!
@@mistymodhu8569 Hi, I'm an Oxford Physics student in my 2nd year. Pretty much everything Sam has said on the admissions process also applies to and is very helpful for Physics applications (especially as we take the same admissions test at Oxford). The videos on the PAT are really good and the structure of engineering and physics degrees at oxford are very similar. I'd recommend Simon Clarke's older videos if you want to know more about physics specifically but they are slightly outdated (but still very good). Good luck!!
Hi there! My point of view is that you should decide whether you love learning very complex maths and physics concepts and applying them to generate mechanisms that are applicable in real life (engineering explained very briefly). Or do you prefer to use these complex maths and physics theorems to develop even more complex IDEAS...(physics put very, very simply😂)

Tips for those choosing between physics and engineering?

@@hannatre1238 is it common/easy for physics graduates to go into the engineering world?
@@bellaryanr4420 I would say it’s harder than doing a straight engineering degree
Hi, Sam. I am currently an As level student, if I would like to apply Oxford and study engineering, what should I prepare right now?
Bro do Oxford university provide 100% scholarship
