@@brodyking7095 he got impaled through his side... that was an animation fail and vmh is correct in calling it out. You don't have a scripted interaction be more jagged than a free flow animation
@@ML-sc3pt Most people will make an effort to pass these quick time events, which isn't hard. If you're getting the animation, you're getting it on purpose, and the devs probably don't terribly care to animate a death scene very well.
This "fight" was so insane for me, because every fight we saw with vader in the movies, things seemed kinda even. Obi wan is a really tough, so they fought fairly evenly. Luke is just overpowered, not much else to say, yet when a average jedi fights him, we truly see how overpowered anakin actually was.
Vader doesn't instakill Luke in the movies for the same reason he doesn't instakill Cere and Cal in these cutscenes. He wants them to turn into the darkside. Luke would be a Sith Lord but Cere and Cal would be only mere inquisitors. So he was playing with them or just letting the fight be longer than it should be
No game has given me the amount of protective fear that this game has. Seeing Vader holding BD while he’s wiggling and trying his best to break free literally scared the shit outta me. I legitimately though BD was gonna bite it and I was gonna be in tears
That's the reason why Cal could hit Vader. Apart from BD-1 electrocuting his shock-sensible armor, he was occupied smashing the droid. It's always the distractions that slow down this unstoppable force of nature
Really loved how Fallen Order started to get real good around this point then abruptly ends after only 12 hours of gameplay. I thought I was like halfway through the game.
What I would love is to see Vader’s animation as you run from him in the big room. Like obviously the game teleports him to you at the elevator but I wonder if he just stands there while you run across the room.
I did not teleported behinde him. I steped on the platform and thanks to the Force I flew behind him. He had chance to fight with me...fool...but ran away like all Jedi.
She was trying but she couldn't. Vader let her do it because he wanted her to fall to the dark side. He was still on top with ease and she had no chance
I took off the quick time events so I had no idea about these, but I'm actually glad I did. Felt more cinematic and I was still at the edge of my seat, it all played smoothly with no delay
I don't really count that, because they almost had no choice to kill off leia because the actor died, and Han Solo was basically killed off for no reason

I expect Vader to Jedi Fallen Order 2, but with a really battle (like the first boss fight of Ghost of Tsushima) and of course more death animations for the good and bombastic: Andrew. My favorite was the 6th death, I hope Darth Vader could be in MK but Disney and WB...well you know. Made the Force be with you!
He is in Fallen Order's sequel (SW Jedi: Survivor) and he is indeed a bossfight. But you control Cere in this one. You can lower his healthbar to zero but Cere still loses

As we can see, Vader went there with the intentions to turn her to the dark side and become an inquisitor so it makes sense that he's not going for the kill. And he indeed underestimaded her, even if she's an ant compared to him so his mistakes lead him to that result. And well, she mostly didn't even hit him in the cutscenes though, because the lightsaver slashes are mostly for gameplay purposes
I would like to see a Star Wars storm trooper training game, only an hour or 2 so perfect for vr, but could also be longer for a console/pc game, where you would be started as a young adault or teen who decides to enlist as a first order storm trooper. The first large portion of the game would be you in a training facility and train as a trooper by playing “mini game like activities” and create friendships which would later become your squad. Or maybe make it multiplayer where u and a friend would go through the training “mini games” and be fighting for a squad leader position based on ur performance. At the end of training you could even have an awesome vr storm trooper suit up where u put on every armor and clothing piece yourself ending finally with the helmet, then a short almond knighting ceremony where u can choose your soldier ID that would act as a gamer tag. Then the mid game would be fighting battlefront style with all the classic weapons and gadgets to secure or wipe out resistance forts/camps, then maybe a short section of space flight and battle where one player could do the shooting, and the other player do the piloting, or if playing single player the 1 player does all (the battles would be the bulk of the game). Then for the finally, get pinched in battle by Luke lea and Han, have your team get wiped out. And you escaped and flee back to the Death Star where you meet darth Vader and he punishes you for your failure which fills your character with rage and then suddenly you realize how the empire is terrible and you get flash backs of previous missions but with a different point of view and see all the homes, land, and families you have destroyed. This then makes you flee from the empire and join the rebels, and sets up for a great game sequel, the sequel could also be that after being punished by Vader, he discharges you for being a coward and you join bounty hunters because of your battle experience, which would also be a great game where you could freeze targets in carbonate and have to track them down and pay planet dwellers for info or use intimidation to get it. Or the sequel could be after punished by Vader, and being filled with rage continue your job as a storm trooper and do more epic things, missions or quests to impress and prove to Vader that you are no coward and deserve promotion. Or maybe an immortal twins game, or a game where you play as an alien on the planet of ur choice, and you run a bar and have to keep up with orders and encounter all the things that happen like fights, people coming for information, gambling, bounty hunters and all the other fun stuff we have seen happen in the Star Wars bar atmosphere throughout the years, maybe even have missions where you collect items to make ur food and drinks, but I’m getting off track. So yea I have a lot of ideas for games like that and all my sequels/other games too, I’m full of ideas and creative things so Star Wars hit me up, I’d love to do this with y’all, or even write them as comics, books, or movies/shows, so if someone from Lucas film, Star Wars, or even Disney and Marvel sees this, please reply and let’s start talking, or people reading tag those people lol, anyways just hit me up, got a lot to share. I was looking for rare animations and stumbled on this video. I got an animation where Cal vaults up onto a platform but does it incredibly fluidly as well as does a 180 during his climb upward. I've never seen it trigger before as well as never seen it in a video before but I did record it just in-case it is rare.
I think we can tell from what he does, that Vader isn't interested in the holocron really, more in seeing what Cal and Cere can do and tries to test them or do an execution if you fail to perform. Vader's violent actions like creating a possible fall into lava, risk destroying the holocron but are not precise enough to be aimed at simply killing the player. Cal has no force protection against Vader just breaking his neck with the force.
I like how, since Disney bought star wars, the galaxy seems filled with talented Jedi who survived order 66 and joined the rebellion etc... Crazy they never appear in the original movies...
To beat vader you need to equip the ability to do a force orb when crashing on the ground, if you do that quickly before darth vader grabs you than you will hit darth vader and it will glitch letting dart vader disapear since the game isn't devloped in a way you can hit him. So basicly you can defeat him like this xD

I like that the stromtroopers are clones. It would have been cool to see them slowly transition into the stormtrooper armour as the game goes on.
