Reading 1 Peter & Isaiah 53 - "By his Stripes we are healed"

"By his stripes we are healed" has been misused, misquoted, Eisegeted, and abused by the charismatic movement. I try to bring clarity by reading 1 Peter where it is quoted and Isaiah 53 where Peter quotes from the prophet.
God heals today. God heals whom he wills, he heals for his glory and he heals when we ask according to his will. God is sovereign.
Psalm 115:3 ESV
"Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases."
