I bought a set of these today and looked up how to make them more comfortable-the wired counterweight was longer than I expected based on the package pic--as I was curious if there are any methods, since I'm not used to wearing wired wireless earbuds. So, of course your review was the first search result and, although the review didn't provide what I was looking for exactly, after I got through your intro I decided to stay for a while (6 minutes seems like an eternity on YT, right? As if I'm one to speak 😂) because you definitely had great structure to your review and it for sure covered what you'd expect from a quality review while doing basic research on a product before making a purchase. But I made my purchases impulsively (I'm the person click bait is made for), then began research. Backwards. Of course, for 18 bucks, they're worth a try. And so far, decent sound. My wife has the AfterShokz and they work great for her, but the stabilizer bar doesn't quite fit comfortably for me, since I wear glasses. Thanks for the info 😎

I just bought some. Wish you showed the charging process, because mine doesn't seem to be getting a charge and I can't tell if it's charging or not, because I just bought them, and I don't know if a light comes on or does it say charging? Guessing mines faulty. But I dont know if it's the head phones or the charger because u lacked that area of review

I have a pair of these and absolutely love them. I had to remove the little hanger pieces so they fit comfortably. But they sound great, drown out sound, and are just generally nice headphones. My wife has some $80 wireless headset, and I VASTLY prefer mine to hers.

Ty my guy. My $20 wired skullcandy earbuds lasted actual *yrs* & the only reason they stopped working was cause sometimes I would twist them around (like too hard/too much) in my ear to try to get them to fit better & when the wire was exposed from being torn I prolly could've just glued it & it would have lasted even longer. I know some people that are mildly active to very active that would replace them every 6 months or every year. You really can't beat the price of these usually, all my friends used to them too if that's helpful to anyone. Plus you can find those Bluetooth adapters for wired headphones for like 5 bucks and they actually work - they just won't last like 8 hours, but at least they do still work while they're charging. I think nowadays these skullcandy earbuds will give you two hours of life after a 10 minutes charge.
In have used them for 5 hours on a 30 min charge but I’m glad you commented
I have a wireless adapter for my wired Skullcandy Smokin Buds. I have yet to kill these headphones after 4 years of constant use. Not bad for $25.

My work just gave me a free pair of these for our fitness awareness program. I was hoping they didn’t suck.
They are pretty good but if you are going to use them for fitness you should use the little plastic clip that comes inside is the earbuds don’t fly around

I tend to treat my earbuds like hell tossed in pockets and survive accidents while doing diy stuff. That’s why I don’t buy expensive earbuds so if they sound nice and are cheep enough to replace when they eventually get destroyed I’m all for them.

Also with these headphones if there anything like the Verves then if you hold the volume up and down at the same time it would change its EQ setting

I would just like to say to those who are watching this as a guide on how to use the buttons, unlike apple earbuds you must hold the volume buttons for track up and track down not double clicking them!

Mine worked with my old phone but now I have a new phone and it won't let me connect without a pin. The normal 0000 and 1234 and 1111 do not work. I can't find any info on the pin anywhere.

Hi I got these about 2 months ago and I love them. I have another pair of Bluetooth headphones that go over the ears so I forget about these but their a really good pair of Bluetooth headphone I like them a lot. I’ve been using them way more now. But great video you got a new subscriber 🙂👍🏻

Geoffrey James I mean I know they have a few flaws but I know since their skullcandy they were a good brand I looked at but now I’m wondering if I should get Bluetooth earbuds or keep these and the other over the ear Bluetooth ones I have. I only have 2 pairs of Bluetooth headphones 🎧 well for one I don’t like wires and for two I like having another pair in case one dies I have another to watch videos if I’m trying to have some down time so I don’t wake my fiancé while she sleeps. But I mean as far as I can tell the skullcandy jobs are pretty decent they could be worse 😁

Mine stopped charging about 2 weeks after I had them, barely used them too. Man..
Does it block outside noise well? i need to be able to wear them when riding motorbike on a highway for more than an hour. noise cancelation sort off is very well apreciated otherwise you get deaf haha

I’m in desperate need of help.
I’ve had the headphones six months, this is the second time this has happened with the same pair in the six months. They died two nights ago, I forgot to plug em in. Plugged them in about three hours ago, they take about an hour to get to 100. Just turned em on, the connected to my phone, and then they immediately died. Won’t turn back on, and when they died two nights ago the light wasn’t on. The light still won’t turn on. Usually the light is on even if they died.
GJ ..think about us old cats trying to figure it out.. maybe put on some slow shoes once in a while. You might want to say something about charging. how long , my unit is still not flashing red blue and once paired does it go off tks g

I had skull buds before that were wired and the bass was on point, these I agree they lack of. The sound sounds amazing and they are hassle free.

Just found mine I wanted them for gaming on my new gaming laptop! So far I love them! They were given to me I have much more expensive one's but these have the mic button on it so I can actually use them for gaming!

Think we could try working on camera placement and lighting next time, not really recommended pointing your camera at you in front of the window. Also do something about all that video noise, this whole set up makes it look like you filmed it on some 2005 sony ericson phone cam

Hey I know this is a really late comment but I am curious how long you took a shower with them because I got mine today and I'm really worried about taking a shower in them
7/10 is more than fair lol. these are my backup headphones and they are so uncomfortable and unrealistic. i did not think they lacked in bass though.. i use the eq thru spotify and on my sesh headphones i still wish it was louder even on the bass boost eq. these jib ones sound like i could blow the speakers if i wasn’t careful. the worst thing is how uncomfortable they are
Worked fine for a year then the on/off broke (about a week after losing the sound from one of the earbuds)
How do you put them in your ear correctly?
Put them around your neck and put them in your ears. If you are using the hooks them you want them to be inside the lip of your ear

You might have to set it up straight from your phone you will need a android or google phone I would recommend looking up a video on how to enable google assistant

1. How do you turn it off?
2. I turned it on and I have my Bluetooth on and i can’t find it.
Hold down on the middle button for for a little to turn on or off and with Bluetooth if you had it connected to another device you will have to forget it from that device that should work
Cannot connect them at all to my samsung galaxy s10e. Was told they were compatible but samsung just doesnt pick them up?!
I would try holding down the middle button and seeing if it picks it up also Android sometimes has a problem with the Bluetooth names so it could just be some random ip or something
