My brother in law was a journalist in Montreal when they were building the Olympic Stadium. He said the same thing: Cement trucks being counted four or five times, widespread corruption, etc. The mafia has an iron grip on construction in Montreal.

You clearly have never been to Montreal. The same street has been under construction for 7 years. The city is falling apart. It’s rotten. The street signs are rusting and falling of the poles. The potholes are huge. Nothing gets done because it is so corrupt. You cannot drive anywhere because of “construction” but nobody is working, they just look at it and it just sits.

The business agent that got me in, and another who was later my business agent when the other retired, those dudes were definitely connected. They were old school and took no shit. I was a journeyman before I went in the army after 9/11. It took me about 20 years to make the same money as I made as a 22 year old kid……

I remember Ken Pereira well lol truly a man a principals I watched the charbonneau commission years ago and it was eye opening to say the least this guy has a deep deep knowledge I an actually shocked a bit to see him on this channel lol regardless I love it Ken Is solid stood in the face of so much corruption and never once bended.
