Love the conversation and all of the key points addressed here has great validity..As Gambians, we have to see valued in each other and to support our growth as progressive Gambians looking out for the best interest of Gambia and all Gambians We are stronger together when we look out for one another and be on the same page as real true citizens irrespective of our individual differences...Our position as to our core- values should not be alter, deterred or compromised by allowing anyone to put any kind of self doubts in questioning our eligibility as to what a Gambian is capable of doing when qualified for a given position as an Invaluable candidate or suitable applicant..But first, we must know the importance of being a Gambian in order to earn our full respect just like how every other citizens does it with pride in other Nations..We must be proud to see ourselves as bona-fide born Gambian citizens and do it with sense of ownership and patriotism and to not be afraid to express ourselves truthfully and be bold enough to stand by our truth without fear or intimidation..Gambia is our birthright and our Homeland and we have to be known for standing up for ourselves and speak wit convictions and courage and to allow Justice ⚖ to prevail on our behalf at all times for what we believed in and to not give in or waver to the untrue. As Gambians, we must continue to Empowered, Encourage and Educate ourselves well enough to be able to articulate, focus and be a full force disciplinary Gambians who have VOICE that should be heard and be respected..This way, we will be taking seriously in what we say or do but most importantly be valued as first class citizens and not to be treated as anyone subservient. The rule of thumb is simple,You respect me and I will reciprocate the same respect as a courtesy and we can go on with our usual business..I always say; Don't you bring no problem over here to me that we both cannot solved or agreed upon to work on and do expect the same from me..I don't play that game.My time and energy is valuable to me.Job well done panelists and the well spoken distinguished guests 👏 👍..
Gambia is a country where they’re prefer a higher position to be given to a foreign national who’s less qualified than a Gambian who’s qualified to be given that position 😢
Gambia believe in foreigners than there own and they will be calling Gambians to come back and work together this comment has nothing to do with the government this is Gambian attitude my advice is dancer yards and stop being talk tree shadow
Mr Gibba a foreign lectures not the problem of the UTG . Every country in the world have a foreign lectures and how many gambians how many gambians travel to another country for education
Hi doctor be unapologetic about voicing that citizen should be at the forefront at the university, we respect every citizen in Gambia but the affairs of Gambia should be addressed and represented by Gambians period. No one will have our interest at heart. Believe me come to American and try to be a professor without a green card or citizen in a public university. They will think you are crazy.
