    Happy New Year! I love this idea and also the 'routine' concept. Tbanks to you, I have incorporated day-of-the-week routines that have become part of my lifestyle and it's paid off. My 2024 goal is decluttering and organizing my home. Thank you, Lela!

    Love these ideas especially not to do list. The video also helped me understand why i give up on my resolutions, thank you I am going to focus on spirituality and happiness , also love and relationships.
