I'm a Cis girl but tbh.... they're so hard to manage sometimes and bras don't always work the best like in track or using stairs... using a binder could be life changing even if it is seen as a health Hazzard if you don't bind responsibility (which tbh few that I know do)

Do not ever ever use a binder for any working out or sports or sleeping. You can literally break your ribs and have horrible breathing problems. It’s not safe at all and I hope anyone who is looking at these comments know that. Someone in colorguard wore theirs for camp(4 days) and they are lucky they didn’t have to go to the hospital. Bras are safer, it’s not worth possibly ending up in the hospital especially if you aren’t even trans
