My miniature blanket measures about 10 inches by 10 inches. I cast on from 21L to 20 R and did 10 repeats of the pattern plus the starting and ending rows.
For a blanket that measures roughly 30x30 inches, cast on from stitches 57L to 56R and do 34 repeats of the pattern.
You must cast on a multiple of 8 needles plus 1. The maximum amount of needles you can use is 145 but you would not be able to use the Needle Beetle unless you took the carriage on and off every time you selected, so you would have to use the 3x1 selector. The maximum amount of needles you can use and still have room for the Beetle is 129; use needles 75L to 54R.
**When you start the trim, hang one stitch and knit two rows. Hang the purl bump on the needle to the left and knit two rows. (I think I forgot to mention that part.) Then, hang one stitch on the left needle and knit two rows. Repeat until you reach the end. Hang every other stitch on the sides of the knitting and every stitch on the top and bottom rows.**

Hi Anna. Where is the community tab please? I have subscribed but can’t find that. Is it on a separate website ?
Go to my main channel page in UA-cam and you will see it near the top of the page.
Found it! Thanks.
