Necrit was actually included in a story rpg Riot made somewhat recently - he was an NPC who helps the main characters by recounting some history that helps them move forward. A nice nod to him being a lore master.♡
That wasn't this necrit. Necrit is a given name for npcs or in movies for necromancers. If you play the game you'll notice its a necro, if riot intends that 'necrit' to pertain to this necrit we're watching they would've make the npc look as a human same look as him, so stop saying that stuff

Necrit agreed because he thought it would be cool if riot made an easter egg about him and didn't expect more. But riot made a character based on him which became a somewhat integral part of the Ruined king story and he was surprised about it.
