This is just insane watching you move from your old house to getting married to moving into your dream house, it's amazing to watch you two grow so much and succeed in what your dreams are, love you both xx
*I actually prefer the smaller room as the study and larger as sitting room. I know eventually you want to do the other way round. But I think that large room is lovely and bright and would be nice to have guests over in!*
I love these people so much and I love there new house going through the same thing with my partner right now moving house is so stressful but these guys give my hope ❤️💕 love you guys

I think you should keep the big room as the sitting room because you could make that so cosy with the fire on and some black out curtains so it’s dark with candles on watching a movie then you could use the smaller room for the office and have two desks in the middle of the room so your facing each other and not putting so much furniture agains the walls. Xxx 💗
At 8:30 I saw the armchair and was like “oh look what a nice spot for the “mila is looking outside” armchair” 😂😍❤️
That part in the kitchen where you’ve put the sofa, id make that a little nook for mila, give her, her own space for her bed and toys etc x

I feel like the lounge is perfect as it is because that open door/windows to your garden gives you the freedom to feel comfy as well as Mila have that comfort of being outside 💖💖 Love u guys! Love the house 😭😭💖💖

I actually really like the way the rooms are used atm 🤭❤️ like, the lounge being in the room with the huge windows and your bedroom in the room with the nice garden view 🤩
Anyways, I’m sure you’re going to make THE BEST out of the house regardless the room order 🙈🥰
If you turn the blinds upwards instead of down they will block out the light better like the backside shows not the front ( hopefully that makes sense lol

May a cute bench seat for a table in the kitchen where you have that sofa. Love the living area how you have it. It looks nice having the office where it is too! And someone else said give Mila a bed in that cute spot under the stairs that’s a great idea
you should totally put a window seat in your piano room!!! Mila could lay there and people could sit and listen to you play piano

Suggestion boo, if you put the sofa currently against the wall against the wall with the window and put the tv on the wall where that sofa was that will really open the space and move the tv away from the window! Love ya ❤️
Beautiful house! Absolutely stunning I love well built houses because I'm a carpenter the brick houses with a modern finish on the inside is so dreamy.

I love the living room but I think you should make the fireplace the focal point, maybe have the tv hung over the fireplace and move the couches, just another option 💕 love you guys , I cant believe how big Mila is!

Not sure if you will see this but in our hold house we replaced are blinds with faux wood blinds and cellular shades! Makes the biggest difference especially if you’re going for kind of wood/farm house vibes ❤️
House is already looking amazing! Can't wait to see it finished. One tip, dont hang a mirror facing a window or door. Might be an old wives tale but its one we've always stuck too. Something it opens a gateway for evil spirits.

The sofa in the kitchen area if you put it slightly on an angle still in that nook it won’t take up much more room it will give a more together feel when you sit on it and more of a view to the doors and into the kitchen the little space behind it from angling it is great for a lamp behind the sofa or tall plant but it will definitely feel a lot more flowing if you are looking into the kitchen instead of directly at the wall
My husband and I moved in Feb 2018 and it was aweful to declutter everything. But nothing better then a fresh clean house. Love you guys ❤

I love the look of the lounge. I think that you guys should leave it in there because of all the light and space for entertaining people. The small room seems like a much better spot for an office because you dont need as much space in an office to move around in.

Love the room you picked for the master. I think it’s going to be great with the light from the big windows. 😊 The bedroom with the en-suite could be the guest bedroom and then guests have their own bathroom space 😊 Can’t wait for more house updates. It’s such a beautiful spot you’ve got 🙈❤️

Love the new house! Houses in the UK seem so different to houses in Aus! At my house instead of blinds or curtains I have these black out shutters that go on the outside of the window, it is amazing for keeping the room dark!

Congrats on the new house guys, might be a good idea to get a more industrial hoover if you are planning to renovate and hoovering up bits of carpet as it can easy break other hoovers and will work well with milas hair especially on the new thick carpet

It's all coming together. In your lounge room you should consider moving the bigger round table that's currently next to the TV stand in between the 2 sofas. The TV wall looks overwhelmed with too much furniture in the small space. We're glad you feel at home already in such a lovely home.

You could always do a longer "picnic table" style kitchen table in that area, to help take up some space. On the wall side you could build in a bench style and then put some storage in there :)

I absolutely love the house..... I would suggest putting the armchair into the kitchen against the wall where you had the iron board against so Milla can look outside all day...... Then i would buy another chaise bench like the 1 in the hallway and put that in the window of the living room.... The hallway bench that's beautuful as an entry piece

It’s so cute to see both so excited especially when you are not feeling well. I know everyone drinks orange juice when they have colds but I have found pineapple juice works way better. Hope you will feel well again soon. P.s. love the lounge - you could put a little round table by the chair near the front window for a nice reading area.
