    Hi, Guys!
Enjoy a new video from Dubai. Do you like the Jumeirah Beach Resort community and the early projects like Sadaf?

The sale price I can understand, I’m just surprised and disapointed by the monthly costs of 600 dollar for maintenance and service costs of 8000 dollar yearly , which means one would still monthly pay around 1200 / 1500 dollars , which is equal to rental of decent appartment in marina or Jumeirah lake towers . If i buy property or invest , I want to get rid of monthly costs that Equal rental of an appartment around 1500 dollars . Its like you invest a lot of money in buying property , but when you later retire you still have these monthly costs around 1500 dollars for maintaince and service. Are service and maintenance in other areas in JBR also this high ? Anyway thanks for the interesting video and clear info

Hi, Kevin. Thank you for watching my videos. I understand your concerns. But owning property in Dubai in prime locations and not having any extra costs is not an option. This is wishful thinking. Moreover, owning an apartment in a prestigious residence and community will always be more expensive than owning a villa. So there is only one solution - look out for houses where you have more control over costs.

This place has absolutely no character. A plain white box. Even the furniture has no character.

Good point. This apartment was bought to renovate and flip. Average flats in Dubai look much worse and tired after 15-20 years. But you are absolutely right about the white box and lack of character.
