it depends, I play more Xmage now because it's free. However, Xmage's bot sucks. If you mainly play historic/ standard then I would recommend keeping playing the bot on Arena because it is the best that I know of. If you want to play modern/vintage or legacy then I would recommend playing against a Human player on Xmage. sorry for the late reply I was on a trip!

Supposedly the bots in Forge are better than those in XMage.
Mtga gives people way too many land draws
Or not enough, it is in my experience directly tied to the win rate of the deck
