Challenge & Sick Three Finals 2024 (Super Ball)

It was a pleasure to judge the “Lowers Finals” at Super Ball this year. The overall level was really high! But a special credit must be given to the male challenge winner, Matéo Serri. He landed 4 out of 4 combos in the final round on his first 4 attempts. I’m not sure if even freestylers fully grasp how incredible this is.
Erlend judged alongside Rocco, Simon, and Oliver. For any obviously clean (or unclean) trick, it was easy to approve (or deny) the combo immediately. However, sometimes an additional check was necessary, and we believe this process worked well. We aimed to be as quick as possible while ensuring fairness and objectivity for all athletes. Girls have more "elegant" and hypnotizing movement with smoothness cuz men are really tryhardish its cool what they're cappable of, but more enjoyable to watch, but less technical are girls.
