Yeah, but that’s nothing compared to how ultima brutally killed (Spoilers) in ff16 forcing Clive to join him. What’s even sadder than aerith demise is that (spoilers) says his final words to Clive before dying in his arms and after ultimalius fight we see many flashbacks of Clive and (spoilers) 30 year journey
Sephiroth didn’t manipulate Kadaj. The 3 of them arent actually people but are physical representations of fractured parts of sephiroth’s psyche. Each one represents a part of his mind and his abilities. Kadaj is his pride and arrogance along with his skill with a sword. Yazoo is his mental instability and ability to manipulate. Loz is his childlike attachment to Jenova and his physical power. Kadaj even tells Rufus that they are merely remnants of Jenova’s legacy. They just don’t realize that they are parts of Sephiroth. Saying he manipulated them is like saying he manipulated himself.
Plus, Vincent Valentine tells clearly that Kadaj Is practically the core of Sephiroth...and in the end,we see Kadaj accept the death, and Aerith bringing him up with her.She knows very well that the true Sephiroth has NEVER been guilty of what he did,and this act Is her forgivness to the human being that Sephiroth was...She's teaching US and important lesson...

Uh... No; just no! Yes, he hurt Tifa, but his mind was broken (finding out his whole life was basically a lie created by Hojo then having an alien (Mother) whispering MORE lies to him), I'd say he was starting to suffer from PTSD: from that (jumping into Mako) point onwards to Northern Crater, everything 'Sephiroth' did was, in fact, the people Hojo experimented on (like with Zack and Cloud after the Nibelheim Tragedy) and were under Jenova's control and will.
