Imagine a video in 2020 where this is said: "Never challenge women cause you can't win. If you win they'll make fun of you for beating a girl, but if you lose you'll get destroyed for losing to a girl." Do me a favor age about 40 years and then make more videos so that your 1980's sexist mindset isn't in your videos anymore. This video is about idiots... oh wait you're even calling people idiots. Wow. a sexist and a cyberbully.

Well i found it a bit disrespectful, i mean the others fighters have trained a lot and fought tougher guys, that was literally giving him a free win to put on his record against an average dude, it would've been better to have an amateur fight against him, takes a lot of time and training to become pro, having a pro fight in 3 months is shitting on other fighters work

    • @lifesabuzzwhoopwhoop
      @lifesabuzzwhoopwhoop 4 роки тому +3

@@riccardo815 very few people step in to a ring in front of thousands of spectator's, it's like any sports fans dream to do that on their teams ground. Nobody was forced to participate including his opponent, if the fighters had felt disrespected I'm sure he'd have felt it when the bell sounded.
The guy got an experience of a lifetime, that everyone involved agreed to.
Even if in every critics eyes it was wrong for whatever reason they have. That guys got a memory to look back on that none of his critics will ever have, besides I doubt he did that needing anyones approval apart from those involved.
If they enjoyed it, none of our opinions matter at all.

#10 was part of a show called Tomtesteron (after presentor Tom Waes) where he'd pick up these 'for dummies' books and then went out and actually did what the book said. While training for that fight, he also trained for swimming the English channel, learned aviation, survival skills, surveillance skills and several other things.
Over the course of the three seasons of Tomtesteron, he successfully charmed a shark, climbed El Capitan, won a medal in body building, completed a long distance sled dog race, completed the Marathon des Sables, landed a boeing 737 and directed an symphonic orchestra.
This boxing match was one of the challenges he lost ... can't win em all.

It also wasn't a professional fight. It was an amateur bout. But yeah, I agree. Dude shaped up pretty well in the time he had to train, took it extremely seriously (it wasn't just a kindergartener's clown-around-in-the-gym birthday part like most buzzfeeders trying combat sports), and showed extreme amounts of heart even when all his coworkers were mocking his character. You gotta have respect for the guy, even if his opponent seemed... less than impressive.

I think one of the biggest things that makes the difference, is how ridiculously fit these pro fighters are!! When I was in high-school, one of my friends was a boxer. He used to train every moment of free time he had. He used to run around the town we lived in back then, which was not a big town, but it had at the very least a 5 miles circumference. We were walking along the street where he would end up one day, and we waved him down to have a chat with him. Now bear in mind he just ran +- 5 miles, and he did not run slowly!! I swear he stopped and started talking to us, like he just got off the couch, watching tv for an hour!! He was not breathing heavily at all!!! I was like...WTF dude!!! Aren't you even a little tired?!? And he was like really confused looking, and just said, what do you mean?!? I've just started my warming up!! And he was Fcking serious!! And I believed him!! He was amazing!!!
Years later, and my brother's son has been training for and participating in triathlons, all his life!! This kid, no kidding, rides his bike 60 miles to the town where his trainer lives, to warm up, then does his exercises, then rides back 60 miles to cool down!!! I mean, it's mind boggling how fit some people are. I tried riding a bike once, went to a friends house about 6 miles away. Called my wife to come pick me up with the car. Had pain in my ass for a week!!! I honestly don't know how they do it!!

I love how even the most untrained person will feel a leg lock or some other submission and before it gets too bad, say “ok woah, I tap. I can tell where that’s goin,” before falling to the ground in exhaustion (the #3 entry). Like, he thought he could win easily, and 5 seconds later, is tapping literally before he even feels pain, cuz the real fighter has already made their gaps in skill clear

I have been doing Kung fu for five years(I am an amateur) and I am pretty sure that the guy in number 6 who calls himself a Kung fu master surely doesn't have an idea of what even Kung fu is because he doesn't even use basic things you learn in the first years

You don't think BJ Penn would have really hurt him? Do you know BJ Penn? Actually this wasn't outside a bar, so the guy was probably safe

I wouldn't call 5th guy a loser.. he was quite decent, considering who he was facing.

No one would make fun of me for hitting a women in a *boxing ring*
Otherwise still bo because I'd only hit a girl if they hit me first and instigated the encounter

In our Kung Fu school in the 1980's one of our now teachers only studyed about 3 years, sparred with a " black belt " in a hakama. The guy was so bad that Dave and our teacher were discussing where to go eat after class, while they were still sparring!
    😀
    A kung Fu master...??
    In what basket weaving?
