The players can decide to try tackle legally. Putting it on the ref for enforcing the laws of the game and protecting players is just silly.

She was constantly checking with the TMO. Also all the cards seem more than valid. So not sure if there is anything to look into
Nothing wrong with any card decisions here.. break the laws and get punished. Learn to tackle properly or get sent off! Game is better off for it.
