You must be a musical genius to be able to deduce not just the music but the lyrics of musical geniuses we call stray kids. You are my favorite reactor for intelligently deconstructing their songs! They are not only giving us a new genre but we are experiencing their brilliance in producing their own music and the poetry in their lyrics. This is the reason why I'm crazy about Stray Kids despite me being 'old.'

Stray Kids has two of the best and fastest rappers of the 3rd and 4th gen kpop. I like how you pay attention to every single detail in songs, like some people I know ignore vocalists and only praise rappers unlike you, you praise every memeber and give love to the songs. Also, you pause to read and analyze the lyrics to find the meaning behind it, like when the song is upbeat you can catch that it has a sad meaning not like like some that would enjoy the song and not give time to fully understand it. Reaction to Felix's deep voice still gets me and when they just freeze every time his part comes, a wide smile spreads across my face and I can't help but whisper it every single time- I'M PROUD OF YOU
Pretty sure we all want Felix 😂💕 he’s amazing all of them are amazing and great at everything they do like producing there own music. And I am am so happy you finally reacted to back door 🚪🔥.
Wow, seeing this reaction made me really happy! Like, I've been following Stray Kids for such a long time and people sometimes just like to shit on them for their "construction music" or whatever bullshit. But like, you just see the artistry behind it. You see it on so many levels and the amount of information you can get from just watching it just once is INSANE. Srsly, kudos to you. You do such a fantastic job and I really appreciate what you do! I hope you'll recover fast from your cold and I wish you all the best~!
7:04 You made a point there, stray kids is always experimenting with genres (because they produce and write their own music too since debut and also pre-debut) The media and the critics, they said that Stray kids created a whole new genre named "MALA TASTE" That comes from "Malatang" which is a Chinese Dish that becomes more addictive the more you eat it. El inglés no es mi primer idioma, pero espero lo puedas entender :D
It was in Time Magazine top 10 Songs of the Year (2020) at number 8. The first korean boy group featured in this category and the third korean act ( after the girl group “girls' generation” and the soloist “Psy”, who were featured in the past). 😁
I really don’t like watching ppl reacting to skz coz they always do it for views and they understand nothing about them + it’s really annoying to watch someone just hype to their songs without knowing the meaning behind it or even not trying to tell others about what they got from them. But you are one of few ppl who I like to watch their reaction videos, not even for skz I’ve seen your reaction for bp and you are so genius; I hope you will keep reacting to skz I really want to hear your opinion about their songs.
God’s Menu and Back Door are part of a trilogy song concept showing Stray Kids colors! I recommend that you check out the last song of this triology “All In,” which is in Japanese and has a Mv following the theme.
I think people are saying he can’t react to mnet stuff for fear of getting flagged and plus that doesn’t have lyrics on it so he would have to react to the lyrics version and not the performance. Do they change the lyrics around? Otherwise he would be reacting to the same lyrics for two songs he already did. Maybe just for his personal enjoyment it would be cool for him but I don’t know it would be great content for his channel.
They’re such a creative group and what’s even more amazing is that they make all of their own music! Chan, the leader (red hair guy), composes the songs and he and mainly two other members write the lyrics. There is a running storyline throughout their music videos too especially their old ones it’s really interesting
You have GOT to react to hellevator It's their first ever song Not their debut U could say it's a pre debut song they made in a survival show that decided whether they debut I feel like the lyrics to that song are very deep and extremely juicy for u to talk about 😂😂

Adding to the chorus of folks asking for a reaction to God's Ddu Ddu. It's arranged by one of the members of Stray Kids (Bang Chan, red head guy) and truly gives the original song a run for its money. And I say that as a Blink.
14:04 this is also a thing I noticed Stray Kids doing. They take like mundane objects amd concepts and make a song out of it with a deeper meaning. For example their song Double Knot, which is like a metaphor for preparing yourself for the journey ahead of you and choosing your own path, like how you prepare going for a long run with tying your shoelaces twice to feel more secure
"there is no genre to this and what we're witnessing right now, it's like every genre in one" is probably the best way to describe stray kids' music. they're only in their early 20's and have existed for only 3 years as a group but they have already made over 70 songs (excluding their individual stuff and dozens of unreleased tracks). they're a self written and self produced group. their discography covers over 30 different genres and mixes them a lot. they even established their own stray kids genre "mala taste pioneer" basically describing their music style as spicy and unique. they're mostly known as the rap group and the members are considered some of the best rappers in the industry, but their range is so wide that they can aIl go from spitting some of the best raps you'll ever hear to hitting the most angelic high notes. they're such a versatile group that isn't afraid of taking risks and experimenting on all kinds of stuff. I hope you react to more of their stuff, I'm sure you'll be mindblown.

Thank you for reaction Straykids music has multi layers and the way you trying to find out makes you stay. The fact that they write lyrics , make their own music , tracks and produce it is so fantastic
It blows my mind how you get it so spot on with Stray Kids. Their producing unit 3RACHA is notorious for their layered and metaphorical lyrics. And their leader Bang Chan loves Greek mythology and has buried epic storyline hints in all of their music. Your interpretation of the line about the body suffering enough abuse being a metaphor for Korean mainstream music absolutely stopped me in my tracks. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone else interpret it that way and I think you are absolutely correct. I enjoy how you call out the musical choices such as the horns and the specific synth sounds to help everyone appreciate things they may not have noticed. And from the start you were able to tie it to Gods Menu with the outfits of the extras in the background. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Bravo. You are officially one of my favorite reactors. Stray Kids is due for a comeback album soon and I can’t wait to hear what you will have to say about the next chapter in their story.
Also, when you mentioned that their music doesn’t fit into any one genre. They are becoming known in Korea as the pioneers of the “Mala-taste” genre which is sort of like “spicy”. Basically, they are their own genre and it’s super cool that you commented on that.
I dont know mr. Knox, but ive been here on your channel almost 6 month now. You really need to react more from Stray KIds. They are a SELF-PRODUCE group!!!
Early gang! So glad to hear you’re feeling a little better and here for more stray kids 🔥 Can we still expect a BTS live in the future too, when you’re 100% ofc? (Don’t mean to sound pushy!)
If you didn't know Stray Kids did BTS' Dionysus and they really did justice to the track. Bang Chan shared that it was an incredible honor to cover BTS’s song, especially since they’re such big fans of them. However, since they’re such big fans of BTS, they also thought that they had to do really well. He was surprised that it contained a lot of ad-libs so it was kinda difficult to record it but he said it was really fun too. Just a lil tidbit on BTS and SKZ connections. LEEknow was a back up dancer to BTS and he and Hyunjin do a lot of dance covers to BTS. I know that you're a fan of crazy mc SUGA and Hyunjin is a super fan too he even said that he was super happy and excited when he met Suga for the 1st time and Suga told him that his shoelaces were untied. He was gushing and saying that Yoongi hyung was soo nice to have warned him about it. This is why I'm ARMYSTAY!
I'm so happy that you discovered them stray kids has a storyline behind their mvs they produce their own songs regardless of their ages. If you want a song to start with i recommend district 9 their predebut song. Thank you
Moi:Listening to Knox Hill commentaries about the sounds/audios/voices, shaking my head yes all the time... he gets it everytime My dad's a musician... he never did wanna become famous, he always declined the offers... But, he tried and taught me enough, to know how to play the piano/keyboard, trumpet, guitar (base and acoustic), flute and drums.... That's how I learned to discern music as a language, or more precisely, different languages I'm versatile when it comes to genres, but... I've had ''that musical ear'' honed in from 6 months old
I swear best reactions for stray I have seen. You focus on the lyrics and actually make the connections and meaning but you also point out things in the music videos that even a long term STAY (me) never realised before. There are chefs and hazmat guys behind them in the first seen with all of them and I have NEVER noticed it before. So informative and you show so much love for just how difficult and creative it is for them to create these songs and I love it.
The people in the back with the white on is stray kids representing how they’re bringing more people into the community because as they said in their debut song district 9, it was only a little bit of people dressed in white but now you got a whole community
also fyi this song made it to TIME's magazine list best song of 2020! also Grammy put the song on their playlist! Stray kids produced and write the song themselves~
Hope you get better! Really excited about future stray kids reaction they are self produced, 3racha is a hip hop predebut subunit that currently has written their entire discography and they also actively participate in production (beats and stuff, strictly speaking this is something mostly the leader Chan does) I'm sure the deeper you dig into them the more you'll like them!
I mean that chan is more involved production wise whereas han and changbin (2 main rappers) are the ones mostly in charge of writing lyrics (but yeah they do it all) These 3 make up 3racha (sriracha as in the hot sauce)
Love your breakdown analysis of the sound. I keep watching reaction videos of these kids songs bcs their music is so unique. Nice to see other musicians/ sound people agree with me haha

ive watched a couple of your stray kids reaction just now and i gotta say they’re some of my favorite reactions, i love how you go into so much detail and really try to understand every layer of the song
It's not that there is no genre, they create their own genre and it's "mala taste" the group it's self produce, hope you find more about them that you could like. Also since you are a big fan of Blackpink you could check their remix of God's Menu and Ddu du Ddu du Ddu it's a live performance but it's lit🔥
YES this is what i love about kpop music videos, how everything just comes together and makes sense. Music, visuals, design, sound, clothing, sets, down to the singers and their tone. its a musical harmony
To comment some other groups/songs I think you'd enjoy here are some from Ateez: 1. Inception 2. Pirate King 3. Wonderland 4. Fireworks (I'm the one) 5. Say My Name 6. Thanxx 7. Hala Hala 8. Answer

Early gang! So glad to hear you’re feeling a little better and here for more stray kids 🔥 Can we still expect a BTS live in the future too, when you’re 100% ofc? (Don’t mean to sound pushy!)
Straykids All In , they also tease it at the end of this one. :)
I love how open minded he is about kpop and how he doesn't care about the language barrier. Music is meant to be enjoyed regardless of language!
🖤
Thank you
A must... "Easy", "Double Knot" and "Victory Song". You will not be disappointed.
"I want his voice" 😂
I love your commentary. Thank you so much for it
Moi:Listening to Knox Hill commentaries about the sounds/audios/voices, shaking my head yes all the time... he gets it everytime
My dad's a musician... he never did wanna become famous, he always declined the offers...
But, he tried and taught me enough, to know how to play the piano/keyboard, trumpet, guitar (base and acoustic), flute and drums....
That's how I learned to discern music as a language, or more precisely, different languages
I'm versatile when it comes to genres, but... I've had ''that musical ear'' honed in from 6 months old
Still waiting for the BTS live Stream
Love the reactions and Your breakdowns
Be healthy man.Have a great recovery.
Take care Knox!Get well very soon♥️
The people in the back with the white on is stray kids representing how they’re bringing more people into the community because as they said in their debut song district 9, it was only a little bit of people dressed in white but now you got a whole community
"I want Felix" 🤣🤣 so does every stay
also fyi this song made it to TIME's magazine list best song of 2020! also Grammy put the song on their playlist! Stray kids produced and write the song themselves~
Hope you get better!
Really excited about future stray kids reaction
they are self produced, 3racha is a hip hop predebut subunit that currently has written their entire discography and they also actively participate in production (beats and stuff, strictly speaking this is something mostly the leader Chan does)
I'm sure the deeper you dig into them the more you'll like them!
I mean that chan is more involved production wise whereas han and changbin (2 main rappers) are the ones mostly in charge of writing lyrics (but yeah they do it all)
These 3 make up 3racha (sriracha as in the hot sauce)
after all the stray kids reaction videos i have seen, i cant believe im barely finding knox hill! what a great interpretation of our SKZ!
Yesss I was waiting for this!!! 🤭😃
Love your breakdown analysis of the sound. I keep watching reaction videos of these kids songs bcs their music is so unique. Nice to see other musicians/ sound people agree with me haha
In their recent competition show called kingdom they wrote new songs and even rearranged the other groups songs.
Please react to them
-straykids God's dudu dudu

Damn stray kids sound good I might need to check them out. Loved the reaction man 💪
STRAY KIDS IS A GENRE...NEW GENRE...I LOVE YOUR REACTION👍
Maze memories by stray kids is so so fire
ive watched a couple of your stray kids reaction just now and i gotta say they’re some of my favorite reactions, i love how you go into so much detail and really try to understand every layer of the song
It's kinda why limit yourself
6:40 "it's really unique and catchy" THEY CREATED THEIR OWN GENRE , THEY ARE THE MALA TASTE PIONEERS.
side effects is an amazing song by stray kids!!
I agree with the comments saying the ddudu-ddududu remix! I think you'd also like their b-side Easy!
SECOM is a Korean home-security system.
YES this is what i love about kpop music videos, how everything just comes together and makes sense. Music, visuals, design, sound, clothing, sets, down to the singers and their tone. its a musical harmony
To comment some other groups/songs I think you'd enjoy here are some from Ateez:
1. Inception
2. Pirate King
3. Wonderland
4. Fireworks (I'm the one)
5. Say My Name
6. Thanxx
7. Hala Hala
8. Answer
